Amenities at the property consist of a pool and playground. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, etc. as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor. What you will bring as a Porter :

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Previous pool maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
• Must be motivated, efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• The ability to read, write and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to reputed company landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from reputed company illegal discrimination practices.
• A reputed company valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reputed company of auto insurance.
