Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. • Client Communication: Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and provide updates as necessary.
• Document Management: File documents according to established criteria and process mail (incoming and outgoing) per company guidelines.
