Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our inbound Customer Engagement Center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for banking inquiries and concerns, providing support to existing and prospective clients reputed company inbound telephone calls and live chat. You will resolve concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking, as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:

Hours of Operation
Our Customer Engagement Center operates on the following schedule:
- Monday - Friday: reputed company - 9pm
- Saturday & Sunday: reputed company - 8pm
