Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, also reputed company as a Generalist colleague, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently superior service to our customers. You'll reputed company expertise in our merchandise and services, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and reputed company sales systems to help customers find what they need and suggest additional items.

• Update Pricing and Signage: Deliver optimal merchandise execution presentation, ensure accurate merchandise pricing, and process markdowns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Digital Customer Orders: Assist in locating and pulling merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Flexibility: Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Communication Skills: Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Adaptability: Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; ability to work on your own but also great with team dynamics.
• Technical Skills: Ability to handle electronic devices with no problem.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or a reputed company field is preferred but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; no specific education requirements beyond high school.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged Standing/Walking: Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department.
