Our Home Infusion Therapy Department works closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide intravenous medications and other treatments, ensuring that patients receive the care they need to manage their conditions.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Home Infusion Therapy team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and providing direct patient care. You will work closely with patients, families, and reputed company to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and reputed company their health goals. This is a part-time position, with four 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, and weekend and holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and reputed company individualized plans of care that meet their unique needs and goals
• Provide direct patient care, including assessing and evaluating patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Nursing diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing

• Less than 2 years of experience in home infusion or a reputed company field
