Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to join reputed company. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company, with the possibility of up to 10% travel for business purposes. As a pharmacist in our centralized services, you will be responsible for the execution of medical care systems and driving patient well-being results. You will execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs, ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services, and drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing pharmacy programs to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Medication Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Programs.
• Drive the execution of multiple strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met.
• Drive consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing outcomes; and implementing changes.
• Ensure regional pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
• Drive regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to the company's financial objectives.
• Implement and execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance.
• Support efforts to enhance patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication management, medication therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives.
• Support staff training experiences and development opportunities.
• Promote collaboration and motivate Pharmacy staff by fostering a shared vision and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• A reputed company Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
• Experience persuading colleagues to research and resolve issues.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience creating ways to reputed company goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing reputed company to escalate issues.

Preferred Qualifications
