About the Role: Registered Nurse - Remote Work from Home
We are seeking an reputed company Registered Nurse to join reputed company in a remote work from home reputed company. As a Registered Nurse with reputed company, you will be responsible for performing patient-centered clinical management programs for both payer and pharma partners to ensure comprehensive and intensive patient data is captured. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success, including excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes initial assessments for patients, which may include assisting with implantation pump programming and troubleshooting given Plan of Treatment (POT);
- Completes system-driven assessments, such as Depression Screenings for select disease states;
- Conducts follow-up evaluations and reputed company to determine medication history and to improve medication adherence;
- Provides disease state education, including medication administration, resources on reputed company effect management, exceeded to MDO, and more;
- Responsible for daily nursing care activities, including completion of nursing coordination/plan of treatment structures, building supply records, nursing assessments, initial screenings, and studies for patients, programming and troubleshooting infusion pumps based on the Plan of Treatment (POT) outlined by a pharmacist, infusion site/mixture site education training/procedures, receiving nursing orders, process management, and patient clinical nursing management, and follow-up calls to patients as appropriate per specialty;
- Reviews and reports daily in team and individual performance metrics and quality statistics and assists with extrapolation of system applications to reputed company reports of data regarding productivity trends;
- Assists with creating, updating, and implementing departmental Standard Operating Procedures reputed company to system applications, programs, processes, and products;
- Offers support reputed company the scope of practice for a nurse and escalating to pharmacist for patient-specific medication questions, including reputed company effect management and quality of life screening;
- May work with specific nursing specialties, such as but not limited to Infusion Care, Fertility Request, Nursing Coordination, Care Management;
- May have additional responsibilities assigned as deemed necessary for nurse specialty and as assigned by the specific department, other duties as judgment or need dictate;
- Reviews prior approval criteria for specified payers reputed company to defined medications; evaluates reputed company requests for prior approvals, requests, and accompanying assignments;
- Provides nursing community informed authority support; manages following pharma and payer-reputed company nursing documentation demand; advises on reputed company cases and aids quality care resolution;
- Serves as a contact between physicians/specialists, clinical professionals, and office clinical staff;
- Participates in professional associations and seminars to acquire unexpected work-reputed company knowledge, in support programs, and continuing education as required;

Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing;
- reputed company license/registration as an RN (Registered Nurse) with the state-leading board of Nursing in the state in which the position resides;
- Must obtain and maintain Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license and necessary non-nursing licensure conservative state license in at least six months of employment start date (company-sponsored); reputed company exceptions to this timeline require management approval;
- 2 years' work experience in nursing;
- reputed company work experience in a specialty pharmacy, PBM, and/or healthcare call center setting;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional and confidential manner;
- Able to travel up to/somewhere around 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (inside state and out of state);
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
- Active Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license and nursing license(s) in states not participating in Nursing Licensure Compact;
- Experience working with contracting and agreement requirements is essential for the proper specialty;
- Proven ability to work in a team environment;
- Organized and meticulous with proven problem-solving skills;
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company, motivate, and communicate with internal and external clients;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and handling including customer needs assessment, fulfilling quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
