The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions that simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience

• Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize your knowledge of prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions to resolve customer issues
• Work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
