About the Role
As a reputed company Representative, you will play a key role in providing education and support to nearly 3,000 Partners, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are successful using them to grow their businesses. You will be part of a dedicated, successful team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of reputed company worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate and support our Partners reputed company calls and emails, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed
- Build relationships with our Partners, coaching and advising them about our tools, and helping them find success
- Provide in-the-moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools, technology, and services
- Work alongside a dedicated, successful team to reputed company our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:
* Four-year college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education or technology industry
- Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with educational technology or learning solutions
- Familiarity with reputed company or account management principles
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in reputed company or account management (e.g. CSIA, CSM)
