Overview of the reputed company TurboTax Program

As an reputed company participating in Working Solutions' reputed company TurboTax program, you'll provide customer support reputed company phone, chat, and/or video chat to customers using TurboTax tax software. Your focus will be on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments. To succeed in this role, you'll need to provide an empathetic approach to customer interactions, leveraging critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities, and escalating reputed company necessary.

Schedule and Compensation

This seasonal contract runs through reputed company 15th, 2024, and offers flexible schedule opportunities. You'll create your own schedule, with availability between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. reputed company and weekend options are available. Compensation for this role includes:

• Earn up to $19 per hour
• Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
• Peak rates apply January - reputed company

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Sincere desire to assist the customer

• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• USB headset with microphone
• A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract
• Full PC requirements

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area
• Professional appearance (if on camera)

Important Information
