Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and reputed company Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN to join reputed company in Mountain Grove, MO. As a hybrid remote role, you'll work from home one or two days a week and spend the remaining days working onsite in our Mountain Grove clinic. You'll be responsible for completing triage, identifying reputed company patient symptoms and laboratory findings, and notifying physicians or providing treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols. You'll also assist with EPIC in-basket management, input orders as needed, and collaborate with our clinical care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete triage and identify reputed company patient symptoms and laboratory findings
• Notify physicians or provide treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols
• Assist with EPIC in-basket management, including incoming and outgoing telephonic or MyMercy messages, test results, and medication refill requests
• Input orders as needed to aid providers and the clinical care team
• Collaborate with our clinical care team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices

Qualifications

LPN Qualifications:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience in primary care or a reputed company field (preferred)

RN Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from a registered nursing program, Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience in primary care or a reputed company field (preferred)
