Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join reputed company in Georgia. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, working collaboratively with our BCBAs to implement treatment plans and drive reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, implementing treatment plans established by our BCBAs
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, using this information to inform treatment decisions
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans, using ABA principles and techniques
- Work collaboratively with our BCBAs to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
- Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- 1-year ABA/RBT experience, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification reputed company 30 days of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
- Familiarity with ABA therapy and treatment planning
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
