Job Description:

As a Behavior Technician at Key Autism Services, you'll work closely with our BCBAs and families to implement ABA therapy programs in-home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Collecting behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
• Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
• Working collaboratively with BCBAs to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Being reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintaining professionalism and goal-oriented approach in reputed company aspects of your work
• Arriving on time and being reputed company for therapy sessions

Requirements:

To be successful as a Behavior Technician at Key Autism Services, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
• 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
• 1 year of ABA experience (or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

Physical Requirements:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll need to:

• Be able to lift up to 35lbs

• Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings
