Job Summary

As a Consumer Programs Supervisor - Remote US, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of remote outbound sales agents, driving sales growth, and achieving departmental targets. This is an agile position that requires adaptability, strong leadership skills, and a passion for sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consumer Programs Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 15-25 remote outbound sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales growth and excellence.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: reputed company and implement detailed plans to reputed company daily and monthly sales goals, analyzing sales results and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications
