Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Quality Assurance Technician to join our Montgomery Quality Assurance Team 3. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for testing our finished products and specific packaging attributes to ensure that they meet the required specifications. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company beverage attribute testing, including Brix, Assay, CO2, Net Contents, pH, and Taste & Odor
• reputed company package attribute testing, including Closure Removal Torques, Can Lid Application, and Visual Appearance
• reputed company finished product attributes, such as Correct Bottle/Can, Correct Closure/Lid, Correct Label, Correct Production Date Code, and verification of any Promotional Identification
• reputed company Micro sample collection and testing (note: a designated technician may be selected for Micro testing, in some cases, removing this responsibility from the remaining technicians)
• reputed company Syrup testing, such as Brix, Assay, pH, using an ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) or a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) unit (note: Blending Technicians may be selected for Syrup testing, in some cases, removing this responsibility from Lab Technicians)
• reputed company lab equipment calibrations and/or verifications as needed, as well as lab equipment maintenance and problem troubleshooting
• reputed company water treatment duties as described by the Quality Manager, where applicable
• reputed company Internal Clean in reputed company (CIP) setup as described by the Quality Manager, where applicable
• Participate in the Sensory Program, where applicable
• Data entry from product testing is required in the Laboratory Data Management System (LDMS), including review of test results and reaction should an out-of-specification situation arise
• Assist in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed, including the use of Master Control

• Maintain lab testing equipment supplies, including ordering and inventory control
• Responsible for receiving and testing ingredients, where applicable

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
• Regular and reputed company attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
