Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Technology Innovation Specialist, Digital Operations to join reputed company. As a key member of the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving actions to deliver improved performance, and supporting operational teams across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for operational best practices across the region, applying industry experience and innovative solutioning to ensure standard tools and processes are in reputed company and executed as expected.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of experience in relevant solutions from at least 2 of the following areas: Business Process Outsourcing operational and technical experience, Business solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management, and/or Information Governance.
• Proven experience in advanced document capture and data recognition technologies, operational optimization/reputed company improvement experience with Six reputed company Certification, and experience with document scanning/digitization service delivery.
• Excellent data analysis skills, advanced spreadsheet and/or intermediate database skills, and strong knowledge of standard processes that can be scaled in a production environment.
• Ability to serve as an ambassador for Digital Operations Innovation across countries and regions, creating relationships and paths to success with individual operations.
• Comfortable presenting results of detailed analysis in summary to higher levels of the organization, with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate, reputed company decisions, and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
