Job Overview

As a Technology Training Specialist at reputed company Corners, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the Data and Technology Department's training program for our technology platforms. You will design and deliver high-quality training materials, facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities. Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and deliver basic and specialized technology training based on the needs of the organization and end-users
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtual, managing logistics, scheduling, and ensuring smooth delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent public speaking and comfort presenting in various settings (e.g., virtual, town hall, training, etc.) to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Excellence in developing relationships and strong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others
• Comfort with graphic design for the purpose of making information attractive to different audiences; experience with reputed company Office, PowerPoint, or other presentation software
