We're excited to announce an immediate opening for a Senior Specialist, Field Readiness, to join our GTM Accelerate organization and play a key role in driving the success of our Client Success and Sales teams.

About the Role

As a Senior Specialist on Field Readiness, you will be responsible for assisting with the launch of new products and product-reputed company changes and initiatives to our Client Success (CS) and Sales teams. You will serve as a trusted partner and resource to your reputed company partner groups, products, and field teams and regions, helping to shape a positive client experience by actioning field feedback and driving product and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be a senior contributor on a team responsible for preparing clients and CS & Sales teams for new product and feature launches.
• You will serve as an reputed company and proxy for field teams globally, ensuring CS and Sales priorities and the experience of their clients are collected and addressed throughout product launches and/or updates.
• You will work cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams to ensure reputed company's field teams have the right resources and tools to sell, retain, and manage reputed company products.
• You will engage CS and Sales reputed company your reputed company segments and regions to gather feedback, identify key priorities, and deeply understand what is needed to enhance product go-to-market strategy for reputed company's field teams and clients.
• You will ensure you follow and create, where needed, clear channels through which to reputed company feedback from clients and internal partners to facilitate new solutions and translate challenges into product opportunities.

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company professional with a strong background in Client Success or Sales-centric roles. You should be strategic and methodical, with a wealth of experience in global Client Success and Sales organizations. You should be detailed, organized, and able to build and execute effective project plans, create processes, and implement strategies that scale globally.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in CS, Sales, project management, or product management.
• Ability to grasp reputed company new products and workflows quickly and become a product expert.
• Track record of building and maintaining successful relationships across the business.
• Experience reputed company and/or supporting Sales and CS organizations.
• Global experience with a focus on executing reputed company client and product strategy.
• Demonstrated project management or cross-functional work experience.
• Adaptable, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a remote and global team.
• Client-centric with experience supporting product launches and/or managing client relationships.
• Inclusive, enthusiastic about working cross-functionally across varied teams, and you create communication flows and work streams that reputed company effective collaboration.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport with internal partners of diverse cultures and levels of expertise.

Our salary range for this role is:

• US Remote: $83,000 - $118,000 per year.
• NYC Metro Area: $90,000 - $127,000 per year.
• Scottsdale: $78,000 - $113,000 per year.
• SF Bay Area: $100,000 - $135,000 per year.
• CAD per year: $74,000 - $110,000.
