About the Role
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical strategy and direction of our Commercial Insurance organization. You'll work closely with our leadership team, distinguished engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with frameworks like React and Angular.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies like reputed company and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience in database design (SQL and NoSQL) and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of $130,000 - $260,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
