This is a remote UK based position and travel may be required reputed company the UK on occasion subject to business needs.

Position Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in driving sourcing initiatives and supporting the Global Sourcing team in executing strategic procurement activities. This position requires a strong understanding of sourcing fundamentals, contract facilitation, and documentation. The position will work independently and in collaboration with Sourcing Managers to reputed company elements of the end-to-end sourcing process, analyze and report Supplier Performance data, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives across multiple categories, particularly reputed company the area of Construction/Building-Facilities and General Services.

This role is well-suited for a resourceful, action-oriented professional who brings sourcing expertise, demonstrates sound negotiation acumen, and is ready to manage smaller tail-spend suppliers with minimal reputed company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-driven, and capable of making immediate contributions in a dynamic sourcing environment.

Duties Include:

• Facilitate the execution of confidentiality and evaluation agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and contributing to secure, high-performing supplier relationships.

• Ensure timely supplier onboarding and contract finalization, working closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure a secure, uninterrupted supply chain.

• Ability to independently reputed company/collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Science & Technology) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of strategic sourcing initiatives, providing critical support throughout the process.

• Partner with assigned Sourcing Managers to reputed company negotiation strategies, independently compile necessary documentation, and conduct impact analyses to drive informed decision-making and favourable negotiation outcomes.

• Monitor and analyse key supplier performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities to enhance sourcing effectiveness, improve supplier performance, and drive reputed company improvement.

• Manage and foster supplier relationships, working closely with internal stakeholders to address issues, optimize performance, and contribute to long-term, value-driven partnerships.

• Ability to manage a project or small team from initiation to closure.

Minimum Education required:

• A Bachelor’s degree is usually required with 5+ years of experience in business, finance, supply chain, or life science field.

• Equivalent Experience: 5 - 7+ of relevant experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s or equivalent degree. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, life science, or other reputed company field.

• CIPS Certification.
