About the Role
reputed company is looking for a Trial Success Manager (TSM) to reputed company and operationalize the success of enterprise trials across Mexico. As a TSM, you will serve as the strategic project manager responsible for aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple high-impact customer trials simultaneously. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams to showcase the full value of reputed company’s platform—laying the groundwork for long-term commercial partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Own and reputed company enterprise trials from reputed company through conclusion, ensuring alignment with customer goals and internal sales strategies.
Build tailored trial plans that define scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder involvement.
Project manage multiple trials in parallel, tracking milestones, ensuring timely follow-reputed company, and proactively resolving blockers.
Collaborate with reputed company and SEs to reinforce commercial value and connect product capabilities with business outcomes.
Engage key customer stakeholders throughout the trial period to drive usage, insights, and internal advocacy.
Deliver compelling final trial reviews that summarize performance, ROI, and next steps to support the sales reputed company.
Continuously improve trial processes, templates, and tools for greater scale and repeatability across the region.

4+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, reputed company, sales operations, or technical account management—preferably in a B2B SaaS or logistics tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams with competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with both operational and executive-level stakeholders.
Deep attention to detail with a focus on accountability, process excellence, and timeline discipline.
Proven ability to identify risks early and proactively resolve issues that impact project success.
Experience working with tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and other CRM or PM systems.
Familiarity with fleet management, logistics, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with cross-functional collaboration.
