About the Opportunity The Services Consultant – General Ledger will manage and execute the entire implementation life cycle including planning, discovery, design, and deployment in addition to project and client management responsibilities, focusing on GL requirements. What you’ll get to do • Manage reputed company aspects of the GL implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment • Apply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements • Partner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation • Engage specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers to complete analysis of client specific GL posting requirements • Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment • Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful delivery • Effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities and to coach others to work effectively Skills and Experience We Value • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting • 5+ years of software implementation experience, with a focus on accounting preferred • Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment and implementation practices • Problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions • Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment with focus on HCM. • Specific experience with Payroll modules reputed company reputed company, Ultimate, Lawson or reputed company is strongly desired. • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple clients concurrently • Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes • Proficient in reputed company Office products • Demonstrate knowledge in SQL, XML, XSLT • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed What’s in it for you reputed company is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
