On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with reputed company Managers to educate our customers about the power of reputed company.

- Assess customer health, and renew customer partnership agreements.

- 5+ years of customer management or sales experience at a software company [SaaS model], ideally with an emphasis on renewals and expansion.

- Strong commercial and technical aptitude, can confidently discuss technical aspects alongside commercial negotiations.
