What to expect:
The Inside Sales Representative is a multi-functional role focusing on reputed company reputed company, advancing the sales process, closing new business and assisting in the achievement of the sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reputed company business targets through telephone, email and webinar. The role also includes supporting strategic clients in collaboration with Account Executives to ensure growth, engagement and overall positive experience for reputed company clients. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities such as conferences and shows providing vital input based on their interactions with prospects. Occasional client visits may be required.
Responsibilities include:
Business Development
- Work with Sales Manager and Account Executives in developing strategies to enter into new markets and/or industries, developing proposals, sales strategies and tactics as required to reputed company new business.
- Network with industry contacts and keys stakeholders to stay reputed company on the needs of the welding and joining industry, ensuring new business opportunities are quickly identified and action plans put in reputed company to address the needs of the industry.
- reputed company appropriate, work with other members of the sales team, operations and marketing group in executing on new business opportunities and/or securing sales for that region.
- Manage Quotes, new RFQ’s and Amendments for International clients (US/Mexico and other countries).

Sales
- Participate and support the development of the annual sales plan by region, setting reputed company targets and other sales metrics.
- Grow the client reputed company through the systematic solicitation, qualification, quotation and contracting process.
- Investigate and pursue reputed company opportunities to expand the services and programs offered to reputed company client reputed company.
- Identify potential new clients reputed company existing markets, reputed company strategies to win their business, reputed company sales pitches accordingly.
- Negotiate reputed company and rates with existing and new clients.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and reputed company for RFQ’s and collecting client information for future follow-up.
- Follow up with clients on the delivery of services and programs to ensure client satisfaction.

- Submit regional monthly activity and sales report.
- Engage in monthly/quarterly Sales Department conference calls.
Other duties as assigned
This position currently reports to the VP, Sales but will be a dynamic position that will provide a diverse experience in a wide range of business lines reputed company reputed company and our partner organization, EWI. You will be working remotely from your home office with occasional travel to locations across Canada. What you bring to the table:
- Bilingual in English & French required (Proficiency in reading, writing & speaking French & English is mandatory)
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Sales and Marketing or equivalent working experience.
- Knowledge of Welding certification standards and ISO Quality standards.
- 5 Years of progressive Sales Experience (Inside Sales and/or business development)
- Experience in Welding and joining industry.
- Sales experience reputed company the service sales industry.
- Identifying and acting on new business opportunities reputed company new markets.
- Proven background in building and maintaining solid relationships.
- Responding to RFQ’s and developing customer quotations.
- Setting annual sales metrics and targets.
- Ability to interact with people at reputed company levels reputed company the organization.
- Bilingual in English & French
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Applications
- Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision.
