We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver engaging and career-focused training across Digital Product Management and Business Analysis standards. This dual-focus role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in both fields or someone reputed company in product management who is committed to guiding apprentices through real-world application, reputed company development, and achieving their qualifications.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training workshops and reputed company to apprenticeship standards such as:

Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship

Level 4 Digital Product Manager (e.g. emerging standards or internal curriculum)

Teach core topics including:

• Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Requirements gathering, stakeholder mapping, and gap analysis
• Product lifecycle, road-mapping, MVP definition, and backlog management
• User research, personas, journey mapping, and data-driven product decisions
• Business process modelling and use cases
• Commercial awareness [FB2] and value-based prioritisation

Your Experience/Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience in Digital Product Management and/or Business Analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and lean product development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate real-world experience into impactful learning
