About the Role

Here’s where you come in: As an Import Analyst working remotely reputed company the US, you will be the cornerstone ensuring that reputed company imports clear customs reputed company, keeping the wheels of the supply chain in motion. Your expertise will help mitigate the complexities of customs procedures, making the process as seamless as possible for our clients.

This position is fully remote and open to applicants based reputed company in the US. The working hours are from 3 PM EST to 11 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously review and input customs data, leaving no room for errors.

• Proactively resolve any issues by working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to refine and adjust customs entries as required.
• Prioritize and process high-urgency imports like reputed company files to prevent any shipment delays.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure full compliance with reputed company relevant customs regulations, particularly focusing on FDA and PGA standards.
• Manage and reputed company reputed company documentation processes to guarantee timely and smooth customs clearance.

About You

Basic requirements

• Solid understanding of customs laws and regulations (FDA, PGA, CBP).
• Experience with customs brokerage software and adept at assigning HTS commodity codes.
• Skilled in processing documentation with high accuracy and attention to regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining reputed company procedures in an accessible and engaging manner.
• An innovative thinker, open to receiving and applying feedback to foster personal growth and improve team performance.
• Resourceful and adaptable in addressing challenges and handling customer inquiries.

Preferred requirements

• A degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or reputed company fields is preferred, though extensive experience in customs brokerage also meets our criteria.

Schedule

M-F 8 hours per day. 3pm - 11pm EST.
