Salary Range : $48,000 -$52,000 plus the eligibility of a performance bonus.

The remote Elementary School Counselor utilizes leadership, advocacy and collaboration the School Counselor promotes student success by providing preventive services and responding to identified needs through implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program that helps guide reputed company learners in their academic success, social and emotional development, and career and college planning and readiness. This is a full-time REMOTE position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during reputed company, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) Eastern Time or as defined by the school.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Individual and Group Counseling:

• Provides short-term counseling to reputed company and referrals for long-term support, as necessary

Academic and Career Planning:

  • Assist with school programs and events.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school.

Student Performance Analysis:

• Analyzes student data and develops data-driven programs for reputed company action plans

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND
• Three (3) years of experience in counseling
• Must hold a valid state certification as a School Guidance Counselor.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Web-based search engines, and database systems

• We anticipate the salary range to be $26,104.00 - $50,000.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.
