AirSculpt is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northeast! The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across multiple centers reputed company a designated region. This individual will reputed company a team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs) and collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership to ensure center success. A results-driven, emotionally intelligent leader with deep expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales will reputed company in this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales Leadership Execution

  • Drive consult-to-sale performance and overall reputed company attainment across centers.
  • reputed company, implement, and monitor strategies to reputed company monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and development to PCCs to improve reputed company rates, ASP, and consult volume management.

Multi-Center reputed company

  • Serve as the sales leader for multiple high-performing centers.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual reputed company-ins with local teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor and reputed company KPI trends such as show rates, booking %, refund reputed company, ASP, reputed company response time, and conversion ratios.

Team Development Culture

  • Foster a culture of empowerment, excellence, and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and implement best practices in consultative selling.
  • Support the onboarding of new PCCs and the development of tenured team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience and reputed company business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market-specific trends that impact center performance.
  • Participate in national sales calls and initiatives to share insights and reputed company best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role reputed company a direct-to-consumer or retail medical aesthetics environment (cosmetic surgery, medspa, elective health, luxury healthcare preferred).
  • Proven success managing multi-unit teams and delivering consistent performance across KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of sales funnel mechanics, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time across the assigned region.

Compensation

Starting at $90K (commensurate with experience) plus bonus. Bonus is tied to reputed company tier performance by region.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
