A day in the life:

We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time Paid Social Strategist to join reputed company with a passion for performance marketing and team management. Experience in TikTok and reputed company Ads platforms is a must! Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth and execution from A-Z of paid social accounts. You will reputed company and execute upon a paid social strategy that helps reputed company a business' overarching goals and work closely to optimize strategies for our TikTok clients. You will work closely with the team and our clients making sure we are hitting or surpassing monthly performance goals, as well as collaborating with the creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to ensure we are best-in-class across the channel

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing reputed company paid social platforms
    • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels
      • Channels include TikTok, reputed company, reputed company, Snapchat, reputed company, and reputed company where applicable. Heavier emphasis on TikTok and reputed company
    • reputed company execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals
  • Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
    • Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
    • Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations reputed company email, calls, and/or reputed company (as applicable)
  • Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen
    • Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute reputed company paid social
    • Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic reputed company gen strategies

  • Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
    • Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities

  • Operating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; reputed company Gen and B2B a plus
  • 1+ years experience with reputed company Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, etc)
  • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
  • 1+ years experience with reputed company Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
  • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications
  • Excellent reputed company skills with clear understanding of advanced reputed company features
  • Excellent data analytics skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following:
    • $26k MRR or
    • 6 owned clients
  • Below 10% client churn rat

    • Delivering top-tier product, as well as owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts, overseeing effective reporting and execution of channel strategy
