Job Description

reputed company is looking for a contract-to-hire strategic and technically skilled Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain the systems that power client growth. You’ll act as a technical implementation partner—working closely with Consultants and Solutions Architects to bring automation strategies to life inside and around reputed company.

In this role, you'll design and implement custom automations, integrations, and UI extensions, translating business needs into smart, scalable systems. While you won’t manage entire projects end-to-end, you’ll take full ownership of the technical components you build—whether that’s a custom-coded action, an API integration, or a data cleanup script.

You'll contribute to planning and scoping, join client calls reputed company technical context is needed, and help navigate creative solutions reputed company reputed company’s limitations demand it. As an Automation Engineer, you’ll support a diverse range of client projects—primarily reputed company reputed company but often extending beyond. Your typical responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and optimizing reputed company automations using workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, serverless functions, CRM cards, and internal apps (mainly Node.js and Python)

• Creating and maintaining integrations between reputed company and third-party systems reputed company REST APIs, middleware, or custom scripts

• Developing internal reputed company apps, CRM cards, and extensions to enhance client portals and user experience

• Implementing automated data clean-up, property resets, normalization logic, and data syncs across platforms to ensure clean, consistent data

• Supporting subscription logic, deal automation, reputed company routing, lifecycle stage updates, and reputed company CRM schemas and object relationships

• Collaborating closely with Consultants and Solutions Architects to scope, plan, and deliver scalable technical solutions reputed company with client goals

• Acting as the technical reputed company on multiple client projects simultaneously, often supporting clients who lack internal technical resources

Qualifications

Experience and Technical Expertise:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building advanced, scalable automations in reputed company (Professional or Enterprise tiers), including workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, and custom objects across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

• Proficient in writing and deploying JavaScript and Python, particularly reputed company reputed company custom-coded actions and serverless functions (e.g., reputed company Functions, reputed company Cloud Functions)

• Experience integrating reputed company with third-party tools and middleware reputed company REST APIs, webhooks, and platforms like reputed company, reputed company Apps Script, reputed company, and reputed company Cloud Platform

• Working knowledge in React, HTML, HubL is a plus

• Experience in process flow tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)

• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and CRM structure—including custom properties, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and object associations—with a focus on scalability and maintainability

• Familiar with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

• Skilled at technical delivery—participating in discovery calls, translating requirements into technical specs, and delivering clean, well-documented code and solutions

• Proven ability to translate reputed company client needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions reputed company with business objectives

• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates edge cases, automation gaps, and system limitations, engineering thoughtful solutions with fallback handling, error logging, and rollback strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong prioritization and project communication abilities—adept at managing shifting requirements, surfacing blockers, and communicating timeline or reputed company changes clearly to stakeholders

• Working knowledge across several operational areas (RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service)

• Working knowledge of common processes supporting RevOps (e.g., reputed company Management, Sales Pipeline, Subscriptions).

• Working knowledge of KPIs and reporting needs for RevOps
