QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with UC/CC systems.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of large-scale communication solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking, SIP, VoIP protocols, PSTN, SBCs, and cloud telephony.
  • Experience with contact center platforms and features including IVR, routing, recording, analytics, and workforce management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud-based UC/CC platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS Connect, Webex Calling, reputed company Phone).
  • Experience in hybrid UC/CC environments and migrations from legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
  • Must be US Citizen or Lawful Permanent reputed company.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred locations: Remote

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay.
