The Business Operations team (aka “BizOps”) brings operating rigor and accountability to reputed company’s company-wide priorities, while enabling business leaders to deliver on their most impactful initiatives. We’re a tight-reputed company team of consultants, strategists, and operators who are reliable, reputed company relationships matter, demand excellence, and are focused on driving scale and reputed company - and we’re looking for our next teammate!

In this role, you’ll join as a key member of our Business Operations team, helping play a critical role in helping define the Business Operations Function and partnering closely with the Head of Business Operations. You will be responsible for driving the business vision, developing the strategy to move our business reputed company and leading internal teams to complete mission critical initiatives. While this position will work on projects across reputed company, it will focus primarily on our Payments & Financial Services business, our industry leading B2B money movement offerings that facilitate 1% of the US GDP. This role will work closely with leadership reputed company our Payments Org, acting as their right hand person to build strategy, run the business, and drive execution across a number of key cross-functional projects. Potential project areas could be on defining our segmentation + GTM strategy, root cause analyses of attrition, development of business cases for our annual financial planning process, and partnership with Analytics to project monthly performance based on pacing.

At its core, this role will connect strategy to action and reputed company a number of impactful initiatives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with an action-bias and interest in working for a leading company in the Financial Technology space.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, scope and drive multiple reputed company critical projects and initiatives for reputed company by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Prepare briefings and analyses on recent trends in the industry and competitive dynamics
• reputed company/facilitate cross functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations to execution
• Planning and facilitating executive reviews, including Strategic Planning sessions & Quarterly Business Reviews
• reputed company change management efforts across the organization
• Communicate findings and reputed company recommendations from initiatives to senior management
• Drive operational excellence in the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improvements across the business

We’d love to chat if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy and Operations, Business Operations or a similar analytical function. Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, Payments, or Financial Technology space a plus
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a bias towards action who can reputed company in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, high-growth environment
• Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute / operationalize the plan in collaboration with other teams
• Skilled generalist who can quickly reputed company up on new topics, build credibility across teams, and actionize strategic recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a rapidly scaling business.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills, experience with presenting to executive leadership
• Strong business acumen and analytical reputed company with ability to identify metrics and data to back up strategy, programs and reputed company.
• Experience in Strategic Planning or management of Quarterly Business Review processes a plus

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
