You will be required to answer calls in a polite and professional manner, escalating customer queries to seek a timely resolve to their emergency requests along with general admin tasks.

• Handle a number of customer queries reputed company telephone.
• Answer reputed company queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to reputed company contacts
• Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with reputed company queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
• Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record reputed company contact interactions on systems in line with expected process
• Previous experience working in similar environment
• Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with reputed company callers
• Having excellent organisational skills
• Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
• Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Showing excellent PC (including the reputed company suite, most notably reputed company) and data entry skills
• Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to reputed company role in the future

• €13.50 per hour for Saturday working & €16.88 per hour for Sunday working
