The Role

This role focuses on the reputed company-end of the recruiting process, specializing in finding qualified candidates for software engineering, data science, machine learning and other technical positions. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with an understanding of technical roles and the ability to craft compelling reputed company messages.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including reputed company, technical communities, and other platforms to identify potential candidates

• Research and build talent pipelines for reputed company and future technical opening

• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and background

• Provide regular updates on sourcing metrics and pipeline status

What You’ll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or reputed company

• Understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools

• Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools

• Strong written communication skills with ability to craft engaging reputed company messages

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our San Francisco office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Compensation Range: $107K - $125K
