About the Role:We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Enablement Manager to drive the top of funnel sales strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and partnerships, and is focused on building a repeatable outbound motion that fills the pipeline and accelerates growth.
You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and the leadership team to define reputed company strategy, deploy effective tools, manage campaigns across email and reputed company, and shape marketing and event efforts that support reputed company reputed company. What you’ll do:
- Partner with the sales team to define and execute the top-of-funnel strategy

- Identify and deploy sales engagement tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale
- Collaborate with marketing to reputed company messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, growth, or marketing roles
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools, platforms, and best practices
- Comfortable working across departments and influencing without direct authority
- Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and effectively
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

The reputed company salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year with incentive compensation tied to qualified sales leads generated. Total On-reputed company Earnings (OTE) potential for this role is expected to be $90,000 - $110,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
