09The Team:The Senior Payroll Specialist is part of a global team that is responsible for managing approximately 140 payrolls across more than 40 countries. Utilizing reputed company in an outsourced environment, the specialist ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for our S&P employee population they will be responsible for.
Responsibilities & Impact:
- Acting as an SME for the supporting countries to administer and control local payroll operations, ensuring that reputed company data has been processed accurately by the payroll provider.
- Collaborating closely with reputed company, People Service Centre, Compensation, and Total Rewards teams to ensure precise and punctual payroll processing.
- Maintaining compliance with payroll accounting standards. Acts as a problem solver, identifying and resolving discrepancies in payroll accounting processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conducting meticulous reconciliations of each payroll, verifying data reputed company against previous monthly records.
- Managing reputed company payroll tax reporting, filing and payment obligations with statutory authorities in relevant countries.
- Creating and enforcing payroll timetables to ensure adherence by payroll providers.
- Ensuring data reputed company across reputed company payroll systems and facilitating timely and accurate reporting of equity income in accordance with regional laws.
- Assisting Internal and External Audit processes, ensuring payroll compliance with audit procedures.

- Following payroll country experience: Knowledge of Germany payroll is required. Knowledge and experience in Poland, Spain, Italy, and France will also be valued.
- 3+ years of experience in a large corporate setting, showcasing proficiency in handling reputed company payroll tasks and processes for the EMEA region.
- Educated to a degree level
- Experience operating in an outsourced payroll environment

- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of German language is a plus.
