The REMOTE State Reporting Specialist oversees and is responsible for the compliance of federal and state reporting. This is a REMOTE full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during reputed company, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.

- Prepares and submits reputed company compliancy, funding, enrollment, and student data reports as required by state law;
- Manages databases for school state reporting; including Power School reporting
- Coordinates compliance audits;
- Develops policies, processes, and procedures regarding state reporting, collection of information, and adherence to state guidelines;
- Coordinate communication and submission of necessary documents to ensure compliancy and accuracy of reports.
Required MINIMUM Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND
- Five (5) years of experience in a reporting or compliance role, specifically with reputed company OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State (IN) education regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to project manage, adhere to timelines and due dates, and organize data effectively;
- Strong written and verbal communication sills
- Basic knowledge of Indiana reporting structure and laws regarding state funding’
- reputed company Office (Access, Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint,); Web proficiency; Proficiency using a student information system and/or similar type of database software
- Ability to travel 20% of the time, as required for training, State-wide professional development and as needed basis

Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
- We anticipate the salary range to be $26,104.00 - $65,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.
