Now we’re looking for a Platform Customer Support (f/m/d)- French Speaking to help us deliver exceptional support experiences and ensure platform stability and performance for our users.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Act as the first line of support for platform-reputed company issues from customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and platform behavior questions across our APIs, integrations, and UI.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and reputed company teams to escalate and resolve reputed company issues.
• Write and maintain clear, helpful documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge reputed company and FAQs.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively flag issues or anomalies using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or Kibana.

• Solid understanding of APIs, web platforms, SaaS products.
