Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Representatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Suggestive selling to reputed company customers to increase sales and reputed company
- Accurately inputting sales orders and maintaining accurate customer records
- Answering reputed company calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company
- Taking customer messages and orders, escalating calls and/or issues to the appropriate individual or department as needed
- Attending to will-call customers and making telephone calls to customers and following customer call sheets
- Updating changes to customer order guides (in Seasoft) under the supervision or request of the account manager
- Updating customer price sheets as scheduled or as needed, maintaining accurate customer price lists in Seasoft
- Compiling sales data and developing product knowledge and market information to continually increase knowledge of the industry and pricing rationale
- Supporting customer service and sales department with special projects as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus
- Three to five years of progressively responsible, reputed company experience in a position of comparable scope and size to the Company
- Ability to learn Seasoft software package
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
