Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Representatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours, offering a unique chance to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Suggestive selling to reputed company customers to increase sales and reputed company
  • Accurately inputting sales orders and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Answering reputed company calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company
  • Taking customer messages and orders, escalating calls and/or issues to the appropriate individual or department as needed
  • Attending to will-call customers and making telephone calls to customers and following customer call sheets
  • Updating changes to customer order guides (in Seasoft) under the supervision or request of the account manager
  • Updating customer price sheets as scheduled or as needed, maintaining accurate customer price lists in Seasoft
  • Compiling sales data and developing product knowledge and market information to continually increase knowledge of the industry and pricing rationale
  • Supporting customer service and sales department with special projects as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible, reputed company experience in a position of comparable scope and size to the Company
  • Ability to learn Seasoft software package
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to identify and resolve pricing inconsistencies associated with multiple types of pricing methods
  • Ability to manage a large volume of detailed work with accuracy
  • Great attention to detail with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Sitting, standing, talking, and hearing for extended periods
