We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Our goal is to leave each customer feeling 100% satisfied on the reputed company and that they were our most important call of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers.
• Accurately and reputed company input orders and appointments into multiple different computer programs, documenting inquiries for reputed company sales.
• Problem-solving independently and as a team.
• Handle escalated phone calls promptly to minimize customer irritation; provide a summary to managers.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• General office duties including filing, faxing, and creating Word and reputed company documents.
• Flexibility in performing reputed company other duties needed on an reputed company basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work at a fast pace, with a passion for taking care of each customer. We are looking for someone with:

• MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE
• 3-5+ years of Customer service and/or general office administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC and navigate a Windows environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $16.50 to $18.00 (DOE), paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match. Work Environment:

As a fully remote role, you will work from home, with access to company-provided equipment and technology. You must reside reputed company 2 hours of any of our offices (Taylor, San Antonio, San Marcos, Waco, Kingsland) to ensure timely communication and collaboration with reputed company.
