The Role
As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of reputed company sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners. You'll work with Technical Sales teams to differentiate reputed company Cloud to our customers, helping prospective customers and partners understand the power of reputed company Cloud, explaining technical features, and helping customers design architectures. You'll also have the opportunity to help customers reputed company specialized Machine Learning (ML) hardware developed by reputed company, such as the Tensor Processing Unit (TPU).
Responsibilities
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and reputed company the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Provide machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with reputed company's customers, including product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to reputed company Cloud.
- Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype reputed company Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer at an enterprise technology company or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field.
- Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
- Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues reputed company businesses.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, including reputed company Cloud Platform, and experience with cloud-based solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
