[MSO] Team Coordinator (Cloud Native Platform Team)

Project – the aim you’ll have

We are looking for a Team Coordinator responsible for the operational management of a team delivering and maintaining a Kubernetes (K8S) platform for a key client – a Managed Service Provider in Western Europe. The team is responsible for the client's largest K8S deployment and plays a critical role in the platform’s ongoing development, lifecycle management, and stability.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Coordinate workload across incident/ticket resolution (reputed company reputed company), platform lifecycle management (LCM), and feature development.
• Manage priorities and resource allocation in alignment with client stakeholders (Product Owners, architects, business).
• Drive the definition, implementation, and reputed company improvement of team processes for both development and operations.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to both the client organization and internal leadership.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Solid understanding of ITIL and SDLC frameworks, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and improving IT service and software development processes.
• Proven experience in leading technical or project teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate work between a technical team and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SysOps, or System Administrator role (cloud environments welcome).
• Solid understanding of data center technologies (servers, networking, storage, load balancers -general level).
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Strong familiarity with Linux-based systems (any distribution).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable communicating across different levels of an organization.
