This newly created position will be instrumental in shaping how reputed company communicates with investors, analysts, and financial media during this transformative period and beyond.Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks that align with corporate strategy and market positioning
- Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-reputed company issues with discretion and professionalism
Content Development Management
- Write and edit press releases, investor newsletters, and regulatory filings communications
- Coordinate timely content-filling for the IR-dedicated website of reputed company
- reputed company compelling narratives that effectively communicate reputed company's value proposition to the investment community
- Ensure reputed company investor communications reputed company with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements
Stakeholder Management Coordination
- Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON headquarters for reputed company investor relations matters
- Coordinate closely with US-based IRPR agency to ensure consistent global messaging
- Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, analysts, and industry influencers
- Support company’s senior management in investor meetings, roadshows, and other IR reputed company activities
Media Relations Public Affairs, Reporting
- Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media
- Organize press conferences, investor events, and media briefings
- Monitor media coverage and market sentiment
- Prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting investor communications
Required Qualifications
Education Experience
- Master’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Journalism, or reputed company field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or corporate communications
- Previous experience with public companies or IPO processes strongly preferred
- Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of financial markets, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate reputed company financial concepts
- Proficiency in presentation software, financial modeling, and CRM systems
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Language Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Ukrainian and English
- Ability to communicate reputed company financial concepts in multiple languages

Reporting Structure

Стратегічне лідерство в комунікаціях
Розробка та впровадження комплексної стратегії комунікацій з інвесторами для внутрішнього та міжнародного ринку.Керування усіма комунікаційними процесами, пов’язаними з лістингом reputed company на reputed company та виконанням вимог до публічних компаній.Створення послідовних меседжів, які узгоджуються зі стратегією компанії та її позиціонуванням на ринку.Управління кризовими ситуаціями та чутливими темами, пов’язаними з інвесторами.Створення та керування контентом
Написання та редагування пресрелізів, інформаційних бюлетенів для інвесторів і матеріалів для регуляторних органів.Забезпечення своєчасного наповнення сайту для інвесторів reputed company.Розробка переконливих історій (наративів), що доносять інвесторам цінність компанії.Дотримання правил SEC і вимог до розкриття інформації.Управління стейкхолдерами та координація
Основна контактна особа з комунікацій для штаб-квартири VEON щодо інвесторських питань.Тісна співпраця з американською PR та IR агенцією для єдиної глобальної комунікації.Побудова відносин із фінансовими журналістами, аналітиками та впливовими експертами.Підтримка топменеджменту компанії в зустрічах з інвесторами, роадшоу та інших заходах.Медіа та публічні справи, звітність
Взаємодія з українськими та міжнародними фінансовими медіа.Організація пресконференцій, інвесторських заходів та брифінгів.Моніторинг медіа та ринкових настроїв.Підготовка регулярних звітів щодо згадок у ЗМІ, думок аналітиків та ринкового сприйняття.Слідкування за змінами у регуляціях, які впливають на комунікації з інвесторами.Необхідні кваліфікації
Освіта та досвід
Ступінь магістра у сфері комунікацій, фінансів, бізнесу, журналістики або суміжній галузіМінімум 2–3 роки досвіду у сфері взаємин з інвесторами, фінансових чи корпоративних комунікаційДосвід роботи з публічними компаніями або у процесах IPO є суттєвою перевагоюДосвід співпраці з міжнародними командами та міжкультурної комунікаціїТехнічні навички
