WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Data Center hiring at reputed company IT Solutions, you will play a critical role in scaling our Data Center workforce across technical, engineering, and operational roles in The Americas. You will reputed company in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, leveraging your expertise in data center reputed company to attract and retain top candidates. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and a strategic approach to sourcing and hiring for highly specialized roles reputed company data centers. Your efforts will directly impact our data center operations, ensuring that reputed company IT Solutions continues to meet the demands of our global clients by hiring the best talent in networking, infrastructure, facilities, and operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of Data Center-reputed company roles, including Network Engineers, Infrastructure Technicians, Data Center Technicians, Site Leads, and Operations Managers.
- reputed company and execute reputed company strategies tailored to Data Center hiring, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand data center resourcing needs, provide guidance, and streamline the hiring process.
- Utilize specialized sourcing techniques (reputed company Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, and industry-specific job boards) to identify top Data Center talent.
- Conduct technical screenings and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with data center operational needs and company culture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Data Center recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring challenges, advising hiring managers on best practices.
- Drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages while maintaining internal equity.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial reputed company to onboarding, emphasizing reputed company as an employer of choice in the Data Center industry.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Data Center operations, workforce planning, and technology hiring to refine recruitment strategies.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience recruiting for Data Center roles, with a strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, hardware, and facilities management hiring.
- Track record of high-volume technical recruiting in a corporate or agency setting, preferably reputed company Data Centers, Cloud Services, or Enterprise IT.
- Deep knowledge of technical skills and certifications reputed company to Data Center roles (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Arista, AWS, Azure, ITIL, BICSI).
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify passive and reputed company candidates for Data Center engineering and operations roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in ATS software and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Ability to analyze hiring data and recruitment KPIs, adjusting strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Understanding of reputed company sponsorship processes and employment law as they relate to technical hiring.
DESIRED CRITERIA:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a focus on Data Centers.
- Previous experience working reputed company large-scale data center operations, cloud providers, or managed service providers.
- Networking or infrastructure industry certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, Arista, ITIL, BICSI), but not required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.
