We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to partner with a global marketing consultancy that helps ambitious brands reputed company go-to-market strategies and drive measurable performance. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role: you’ll build, buy, and optimize omnichannel paid media programs (digital + traditional), translate data into clear recommendations, and help shape media strategy across client portfolios.

Accountability

As a Paid Media Manager, your success will be reputed company by campaign performance against client KPIs (leads, traffic, sales), budget efficiency, and the clarity of your insights and recommendations. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, rigorous performance analysis, and translating media performance into commercial outcomes.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across channels: reputed company (Search + Display + YouTube), reputed company, reputed company, programmatic/DSPs, and traditional buys where relevant.
• Execute full funnel media plans - audience segmentation, creative briefs, tracking, budget allocation, and campaign setup.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: naming conventions, tracking tags (GTM), QA, and timely creative refreshes.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate creative, audiences, and bid strategies.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting and dashboards; deliver executive-ready summaries showing impact and next steps.
• Analyze platform and cross-channel data to identify trends, diagnose performance drops (fatigue, frequency, creative mismatch), and recommend optimizations.

Client Partnership & Thought Leadership

• Present performance and recommendations to clients with clarity and commercial focus; influence campaign strategy and budget decisions.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to align media activity with broader marketing goals.
• Stay reputed company with industry trends and emerging tech, surface opportunities and thought leadership to internal and client teams.

Colleagues

You will report to the Digital Marketing team at the client’s global marketing consultancy, and work with other stakeholders in the organization as necessary to aid in business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Professional reputed company in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Over 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, managing paid search (reputed company Ads, Bing) and paid social campaigns (reputed company, reputed company, TikTok).
• Platform Skills: Proficiency with ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and campaign management tools, such as reputed company Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, and reputed company Analytics.
• Data & Optimisation Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and implementing performance improvements.

• Industry Familiarity: Experience in agency environments or performance marketing teams will be an advantage.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
