About The Role & Program Travel Agency Sales is a department grounded in communication and relationships. This department provides strategic and tactical sales support for Disneyland Resort, Walt reputed company World Resort, reputed company Cruise Line, Adventures by reputed company, National Geographic Expeditions, and Aulani, A reputed company Resort & Spa across various domestic travel trade channels. What You Will Do
The Sales Strategy Intern will support the Travel Agency Sales team in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and delivering data-driven insights that support domestic leisure sales across reputed company Destinations. This role offers a unique opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in sales operations, financial forecasting, CRM systems, and cross-functional project management — reputed company reputed company a dynamic and collaborative environment. - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategy projects that support business growth and partner engagement.
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process through data collection, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
- Help maintain and update CRM systems (reputed company Dynamics), ensuring data accuracy and supporting cooperative advertising workflows.
- Prepare presentation materials and reporting dashboards for internal business reviews and leadership updates.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and cross-functional partners to support sales initiatives and partner communications.
- Potential opportunity to assist with On-Site Agent Education Programs and Training Events
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sales strategy, operations, or the travel and tourism industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint, reputed company, Power BI and/or Tableau
Education
- Junior/Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Finance, Business, Communications, or reputed company field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship.

- At least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization

- Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
