As VP, Customer Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the post-sale customer journey, leading both the Account Management and Client Success teams to deliver measurable value and growth. This executive position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can foster strong customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and champion the customer voice across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and SOC teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. With a focus on building scalable processes, forecasting accurately, and delivering exceptional client experiences, you’ll directly impact the organization’s growth and market leadership.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

- Strong experience in driving measurable growth through retention, upsell, and expansion strategies.
- Background in consulting, investment banking, or investing at an associate/manager level preferred.
- Proven leadership with the ability to motivate teams, hold them accountable, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.

- Analytical reputed company with experience in metrics-driven performance management.
