ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for a People Technician to join reputed company in Mortgua, Portugal. This role is central in supporting HR activities, with a particular focus on recruitment and reputed company, helping us attract, hire, and support the best professionals in the industry.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• reputed company and support end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to reputed company new hires.

• Support the coordination of training and development activities.

• Ensure accurate and compliant employee documentation management.

• Partner with colleagues on offboarding processes.

• Assist with the performance appraisal cycle.

• Provide support across reputed company HR administrative tasks.

• Collaborate on the organisation of internal events and engagement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in reputed company Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area.
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration (in-house or agency).
• English proficiency (B1 minimum) - this reputed company will be assessed during the recruitment process.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with reputed company Office tools and ATS software.
