Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered automation solutions that replicate and streamline reputed company back-office tasks across internal systems and third-party platforms, driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation reputed company the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy automation bots and workflows to replicate back-office tasks
• Integrate AI bots with internal backend systems, Jira, reputed company, Intercom, and other tools reputed company APIs

• Collaborate with AI teams to combine multiple AI models and services into cohesive automation solutions

• Document automation processes and ensure robust error handling and monitoring

Required Experience:

• 3 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or Node.js for developing automation scripts and APIs
• Experience with API integrations and automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and bot frameworks
• Knowledge of common back-office tools such as Jira, reputed company, and Intercom is a strong plus
• Ability to architect scalable automation solutions that integrate multiple AI services and backend systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for AI trends, emerging technologies, and automation best practices
