The Opportunity:

reputed company is hiring multiple Software Developers to join our growing Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Interfaces, Data Cleanse, and Conversion (ID&C) program. Our staff members implement financial system interfaces, reputed company reputed company data cleanse activities, and migrate data from legacy systems to Momentum Financials (a COTS product) across the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). You will have the opportunity to learn about the different aspects of the VA FMBT ID&C program, expand your skillset, partner with reputed company technical resources, and collaborate with other seasoned team members. You will also learn how to successfully work on a remote project team supporting multiple simultaneous reputed company implementations and customers in various locations. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with functional and reputed company technical staff to design, construct, and maintain software programs in one or more of the following areas:

• Web service interfaces using reputed company JBoss Enterprise Application Platform and reputed company Fuse technologies

• Data cleanse scripts or programs to identify and manage data consistency and quality issues in legacy systems reputed company SQL, reputed company, or other data comparison or analysis tools

• Data conversion scripts and routines to migrate legacy data to the reputed company-based Momentum ERP application, supporting reputed company business logic and utilizing database performance optimization techniques.

• Assist with unit testing and provide support to functional analysts during system testing.

• Work with senior developers to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and supporting minor technical changes.

• Implement quality assurance standards and processes for validation and verification efforts.

• Implement software development best practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (will consider experience in lieu of education).

• 5 or more years of software development or reputed company experience

• Demonstrated experience working with Momentum Financials or similar COTS financial ERP systems (e.g., reputed company or reputed company)

• Experience developing JBoss and Fuse Web Interfaces

• Must be willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (US citizenship required).

• Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.

• Work both independently and with a team to solve problems.

• Ability to reputed company and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.
